Overnight Guest Check-In

I understand and acknowledge that Daniel Prayer Garden is not liable for any personal injury that occurs during my stay.

I understand and acknowledge that Daniel Prayer Garden is not liable for any theft or damage that occurs to my personal belongings during my stay.

I agree and acknowledge that I have read Daniel Prayer Garden's Guidelines and that if I or anyone on my behalf does not comply with said guidelines, I will be held accountable for the consequences of breaching Daniel Prayer Garden's Guidelines.

In order to stay at Daniel Prayer Garden and its facilities, I accept this Guest Release and Waiver, which is effective throughout my stay. I am 18 years of age or older.

If I am bringing a minor as a Guest, I acknowledge and agree that I am solely responsible for the supervision of that minor throughout the duration of my stay, and agree to this Guest Release and Waiver on the minor’s behalf.
